INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRINTING YOUR RETURN LABEL
EFFECTIVE 11/1/08 WE WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT CANADIAN CORE RETURNS SHIPMENTS THAT ARE
MADE VIA UNITED PARCEL SERVICE. (UPS) YOU MUST MAKE CORE RETURN SHIPMENTS VIA POSTAL
SERVICE TO BE ACCEPTED FOR CORE RETURNS. CORES SHIPPED VIA UPS WILL BE REJECTED AND
RETURNED TO YOU AS THE SHIPPER.
PLEASE NOTE: OUR PREPAID RETURN SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE LOWER 48 STATES.
DIESEL CARE DOES NOT PAY FOR CORE RETURNS FROM OTHER SALES AREAS

Core Return Policy of Diesel Care and Performance Inc

All cores must be returned within 30 days from receipt of order. They must be as is off the
engine, i.e. not disassembled beyond what is reasonable and customary to remove them from
the engine. Cores that have been in a fire or damaged as a result of an accident, abuse,
misuse, neglect may be subjected to a core credit reduction. Cores that are damaged in
shipment to Diesel Care and Performance Inc are the responsibility of the shipper.

In order to return your cores to Diesel Care and Performance Inc, please do the following:

1. Make sure you have removed all fittings from your old unit. If you send the core back prior to
installation, this will need to be done to avoid delays in your repairs.
2. Package cores in oil resistant packaging. (i.e. zip lock bag) Item should be double bagged to
insure oil does not escape from the package. Packages that have oil residue will not be
delivered UPS or the postal service and will cause a delay in your core credit.
3. Use plenty of packing material. Newspaper works best for this. Pack tightly around old core.
4. Follow the link below to print a return label
5. Please write on the box “CORE RETURN”
6. We are not responsible for cores returned without the proper paperwork. Include the core
return form in the package -
delays will occur without this form.

We prepay core shipments for units that are returned within 30 days. If your core
is over 30 days and you use this shipping service, it will be deducted from your
core credit.

You still need to return the
core return form with the unit.

This service is available for US (48 states) customers only

We will notified by UPS of your inbound package, and will contact you when it is
received. If you do not hear from us within 15 business days, please contact
